After a series of releases across a number of labels in Japan, Nish advanced into UK releasing "Slap Down" from AlienTrax in 1998. He had many successive releases mainly from the UK labels and all those got strong support among the DJs worldwide. He also gains support from media, and won the Best New Comer in 2001 on WAX Magazine.
He released his 2nd album titled "EUPHORIDE" in Japan. It gets into the news among the Japanese dance scene.
So far, Nish had numerous gigs throughout the country, including "GIGA" and "ULTRA PUMPIN'," the Japanese most uplifting hard-dance party with YOJI BIOMEHNIKA and other famous DJs from abroad.

2004 was absolutely a memorable great year for Nish: Launching his own label HARDERGROUND RECORDINGS with his massive four singles that made the nation's clubbers go insane. Then his long-awaited return to GIGA finally comes true since last September! Before coming to GIGA, though, don't forget to buy his new album "Raveraid" which is out on February 4. It is an aggressive live performance by Nish, recorded at "Ultra Pumpin'" at Mother Hall, Osaka, back in last October. Once you listen, you can do nothing but go out to see him live. As one of the few talents praised by Yoji Biomehanika, Nish brings you up high to a truly amazing hard trance heaven.

LAB4 -Adam Newman-

1. It was probably the first time that we came to Japan to play for Yoji which was September 1999, or maybe early 2000.... the last few years are all a bit of a blur! but it was at very least a couple of years ago.

2. We were very impressed with the sound that Nish has developed, it is very individual and he is also very good on stage in the way that he shares his performance with the audiance.

3. They are a good mixture of Hard Trance , Hard House and Rave. They are also dynamic in the way that they are constructed and well produced.

4.5. Personally my favorite track by Nish is actually an old tune, but I still wish I had written it!! - "the philosophy of religion" - Yoji Biomehanika remix. For me this track is a true example of Japanese dance music at it's best. There is a certain sound to Nish and Yoji's music that is very Japanese, it is very subtle but has been very inspiring to us (LAB4), this track has made me cry on a couple of occasions! - it is so powerfully meloncolic yet so hard and banging at the same time

Annabelle Newman (One Inch Records Owner)

1. I received a demo in the post, which was Mask Hysteria. I really loved the track, so did Lab4 so we decided to release it on One Inch with a Lab4 remix!

2. Music: Lots of NRG, intelligent production, very distinctive sound.
Nish: Very nice and talented guy!!

3. Nish has a very nice and unique style, he takes elements of the UK sound but has his own Japanese style which is full of energy but very musical.

4. Mask Hysteria - an amazing track!! It is very popular in the UK, the Lab4 remix is a favourite of Stimulant DJs, Andy Farley and BK and is still played regulalry in the UK. Followed closely by Give Me a Beat and Holy Nightmare! Nish's last album showed great devleopement in him as an artist, and that he is getting better all the time, so I believe the best is still to come!

5. Definitely Mask Hysteria! However, I have been lucky enough to remix two great tracks by Nish as The Fallen Angel 'Give me a Beat' and 'Holy Nightmare' they were both really good tracks to re-work!

Mark Tyler (ReEntry, Hangman Owner)

1. When I played in Tokio in 2000. I met Nish briefly and was given a Tokio Underground CD with Ghost Stab on it and he sent some other tunes after that.

2. Very good, when we first met. But his music gives the most important impression. That's what matters most.

3. I love the Japanese style production, some quirkiness, lots of energy and unusual sounds being brought out well in the mix. Nish's tunes are all about energy and they always remind me of the buzz you get from playing to a Japanese crowd.

4. I like all the tracks he has done for me : 'Free Time' (Re-Entry 4) 'Standown 2001 / Ghost Stab 2001' (Hangman 2). I just wish I was able to release more. He was working on a track with the vocals from Inner City Junkies which was a great tune, but unfortunately I know the people that originally made that tune and so couldn't release it because of copyright issues.

5. Nish sent me a demo CD once that had a lot of energy tracks on it, but the last track was a trance track with a female vocal on it. It is a fantastic track. I still don't know if it was released in UK, but it was great. It made the hairs on your neck stand up and not many tunes do that!!

And to anyone who has heard Nish before - what are you waiting for. Listen to him now!!
